We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Organic Goods OOD.
If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, seals, and labels are intact.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Opened or used personal care or hygiene products.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Digital products or gift cards.

  • Any product not returned in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

3. How to Request a Return

In your email, please include:

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will reply within 2–3 business days with instructions for returning your item, including the return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

4. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs or issue a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
